We hope you love your jewellery, but if you need to return an item, here’s everything you need to know:

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Please take care when ordering and feel free to get in touch with any questions before you purchase.

Necklaces, Bracelets and Rings

These items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:

  • In unworn condition

  • With tags intact

  • In the original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Return an Item

Please email us at hello@elizabethingram.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item to let us know you’d like to return it with the reason why. We’ll provide instructions for sending it back safely.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear.
