All jewellery is handmade and sold as one-off pieces. While we aim to keep our site up to date, availability is not guaranteed and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend products at any time without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
5. Delivery
We proactively aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the postal service used. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or postal disruptions.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.
6. Returns
Please refer to our Returns Policy for details on how to return eligible items. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
